Sweet Spot Marina Apartments

The apartment has a full bathroom and a separate toilet room. Also, the apartment is quite spacious.

There was no hot water even after the maintenance staff came to fix it following our complaint, and the issue persisted. Additionally, no plastic bags for rubbish or kitchen paper were provided. The furniture was quite old, and the bed mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was quite expensive.

to collect the keys is on the other side of the city. pictures of the apartment as example, were not at all what I got at the end, don't get fooled by the pictures with the view to the Marina, because what you get is a old house with old furniture with a view to the field. hot water didn't work at all, had to shower in not just typical cold water, but it felt like an Ice bath.

Picking up keys, extra charges if you needed to ring them after 7 pm €30..€20 if you didn't remove your rubbish from the apartment. Fold out bed not for me

The property was in a good location just by the marina and opposite a supermarket.

Quite run down. Flooring moves when you walk, shutters held closed with string, subbed on balcony very dirty and rusty and no sun shade on balcony so we had to keep the curtains shut to stop the apartment getting hot.fronts of kitchen cupboards look like they have never been wiped down!
