Pedi para cancelar o último dia da minha reserva, com a devida antecedência, e não obtive resposta. Tentei por diversas vezes contactar algum funcionário que pudesse me ajudar, em todos os contactos telefónicos disponíveis, e ninguém me atendeu. A única pessoa que me atendeu numa das tentativas disse que não poderia me ajudar e que o escritório me retornaria o contacto, o que não aconteceu.

L’humidité de l’appartement et le manque de chauffage Le manque de finition de peinture par rapport à la photo que j’avais vu sur booking Le frigo rouillé les portes fenêtres qui ne ferment pas correctement et la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas à fond
