great location, close to everything, shops, cafes, restaurants, everything a few steps from the apartment. In the kitchen all the useful equipment.

terribly loud at night 🙈 every day at around 2 am they take out the garbage and it takes about an hour of constant noise that woke us up every day. The creaking floor in front of the entrance to the toilet definitely needs to be replaced... you feel like you're about to fall into a hole 🙈 the bathroom needs renovation, shower holder(with its actually broken in half so you can’t use it )at knee height taking a shower in this place is really a challenge. It would be good to defrost the fridge because there is so much ice in the freezer that it is impossible to put anything in it
