Vila Rosa Flat

We asked for an earlier check-in and managed to get in a few hours earlier, which was really helpful. The cleaning staff met us just as they finished - the floor was still wet. The apartment is very spacious, great for us with a toddler. We chose this location to be close to the town and the beach - it was slightly closer to the beach but within easy reach of both. Everywhere was very clean.

The bathroom floor gets wet when you have a shower, even with the shower curtain in the bath, the water gets behind the bath and soaks the floor next to the toilet. The corridor is very dark - some lights are definitely needed. There is a security light above the apartment door, which doesn't come on until you stand directly underneath it.

Well equipped apartment in a good residential type location. Good parking. Not all apartments in Praia da Rocha are in such a pleasant area. Lovely pool area.

The apartment was cold at night as only single glazed, but AC units double as heaters. Picture of bathroom shows a bath tub, but there was no plug for it or the kitchen sink.

Love the style inside with chill balcony . Make me feel comfortable like in home . Near to beach and friendly prices .. i will come again if i go praia da rocha
