Graca House

Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel Le lit canapé est en fait un vrai lit qui se remonte le long du mur, très confortable avec sommier à lattes. Petit cadeau d'accueil avec une bouteille de vin Très grande terrasse privée avec table, transats et barbecue. Calme car ne donnant pas sur la rue L'accueil a été parfait, nous sommes arrivés avant 15h mais avons pu déposer nos valises avant. A 30mn à pied du centre ville mais métro à 5mn et surtout le célèbre tram 28 dont un arrêt est devant l'immeuble, qui dessert tous les lieux touristiques.

Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. We enjoyed coffee out on the huge terrace in the morning & a glass of wine when the sun went down later in the day. Having a laundry machine, we were able to wash our clothes after a couple of weeks of traveling. Nice large drying rack we put outside. Although it is on the famous 28E tram line, it is often full of tourists taking a ride around town. So we often had to walk down to the Indente Metro to get into town. I'm there might be a regular bus that will take you into town but we could never figure out the bus routes. If you walk up the hill to the right, there are a few nice restaurants in a big white building, says Sapadores on it. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at DaVito Italian restaurant. There is also a small grocery store, Auchan, across the street from this building. It's very hilly, so make sure you have good walking shoes.

Although it stated ground level, I was not aware there are 5 small sets of stairs to get to the flat, as the building is built on a hill. That being said, it did not detract from our stay..

Loved everything about our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Excelente lugar muy amplio y cómodo

Graca house was perfect for our family of 3. We appreciated the spacious and comfortable apartment, which was equipped with everything we needed. Our daughter was especially happy to find board games and a large patio where she could play. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They checked in on us to make sure everything was ok and they answered questions promptly. They even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which was a nice and thoughtful touch. As for location, Graca house is conveniently located in a lovely working class area of the city. Easy access to public transport and within walking distance to lovely Miradouro da Graca, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, Jardim da Cerca da Graça and other beautiful sites and attractions. We stayed a week at Graca house and would gladly stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. It was a lovely home in a lovely city. Highly recommend!!! 😀

Le logement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé et calme. La terrasse c’est la cerise sur le gâteau. L’emplacement est super avec un arrêt du fameux tramway 28 juste devant l’immeuble. Les échanges avec Pedro ont été très appréciés également. Bref je valide à 100%
