That they have added a pull down double bed to the living area so it really gives you more space and 2 double bedrooms. The patio would also be lovely in the hight of summer. The location is fantastic, great little wine bar a few doors up and the 28 tram stops just outside the apartment.

The apartment is on the ground floor so actually 4 flights of stairs below ground level, so if you have cases or someone who is less mobile you might struggle with the stairs as there is no lift available. Not a problem for us but I feel it should be mentioned. Could also do with a clothes rack in the bedroom as there is no wardrobe in the main bedroom.

Very spacious apartment with everything you might need. Early check in was allowed. Great communication with host. Beautiful shower. Central and quick to train station. Amazon restaurants nearby.

My siblings and I stayed in Graca house for one week. We were very happy with the apartment. It was comfortable and very clean, with all the necessary amenities you’d need. Pedro and Teresa were very kind and responsive.

- property that has literally everything in it, even nail remover and micellar water! - amazing terrace and barbecue where we cooked seafood from local markets, unforgettable experience - positively surprised with the fact that property had a bed instead of a couch in the living room (it’s a wall bad) - nice compliment of a wine and snacks for arrival - great location that is easy to get everywhere in Lisbon, next to metro and 28 team

- check in was a bit stressful as we were asked to specify exact hour of arrival several days in advance, no matter we mentioned that we are traveling from another place by car. Being rushed isn’t the experience you’d like to have on your holiday for your own money.

Apartment was spotless, beautifully presented and well equipped. A major plus is the additional bed in the lounge. We were expecting a standard sofa bed but it was a huge , pull down from the wall double bed. Perfect for our 18 year old to have her own space . The outdoor terrace was an extra bonus too. Tram 28 stops outside the door, and a metro station is not too far away so really convenient for transport links, but also walkable into the centre if you want to.
