We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. The furnishings and equipment were appropriate and clean. The washing machine was handy to have and the location was excellent. Pedro was very proactive and responded immediately to our enquiries and questions. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Location was good - close to restaurants and convenience stores. Short walk to all transport (tram, bus, metro) as well as one of the many vernaculars to help with the hills. The apartment was well looked after and contained all you need for a short stay. Small fridge, washing machine were both appreciated. We didn’t need to use them, but there are air conditioners in both the living room and bedroom. Our host, Pedro, provided links and information on places to visit, which was great.

My husband found the bed to be uncomfortable - the mattress is quite firm. It can get quite noisy in the evening as some reviewers have previously mentioned. There is triple glazing on the bedroom window which does help reduce the disturbance. But be aware, if you are a light sleeper you may have issues. Mid week it seems to stop around 11:00 but weekends it is much later.

Lovely stay in the Baixa Charming Apartment. Great location. We didn't cook but has everything you need. Host very informative on places to visit. Would definitely return.

The apartment was very spacious and very close to Bairro Alto and Chiado attractions

The hot water mixer tap in bathroom could have been better. I was either getting too hot or not so hot water and had to keep trying to get the right temperature.

Best location if you want to explore Lisbon and feel real Lisbon night life. Pedro was very helpful and reacted quickly.

Pillows were not very comfortable.

Disliked the shag pile rugs throughout the apartment as they are very unhygienic and difficult to clean. The kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner.

Being in the middle of a vibrant food, music and historical area. Everything you needed was a tit away!

Fri / Sat night music til 3.30 am next time I will just have to party with them or take earplugs
