Good location close to Tram 28 and in the middle of historic area. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Being close to the nightlife area it was fairly noisy at night.

Value for money close to eateries, bars, mini market, metro and tram stops including Electro 28 before it gets ultra busy in Baixa-Chaido. West of central location giving easy access to lots of tourist places, but just on the edge of the main tourist tracks. Clean and practical apartment to be recommended. Host was contactable and helpful.

Elevator de Bica has not been functioning for some time - now covered up, which would have been a great transport option from the Time-Out Market/sea front train station virtually to the front door. This makes the location even better.

The location is great, I loved being able to walk everywhere and then catch the wee 22B bus up the hill. It was well equipped - everything I needed was there. Pedro was so helpful, helping with any issues that arose. Definitely a great place to stay.

The neighbourhood is noisy at night - all night, all week. It is like living next to a sports venue some nights (last night there was sustained sports chanting/singing until 4am) or a frat house (drunk shouting, dance music). There is double glazing in the bedroom but if you wake easily you don’t want to stay around here. Finally, there are privacy blinds but no proper curtains or shutters on the windows so the lights shine in all night - bring an eye mask if you need dark to sleep. There is no pantry of staples so make sure you bring all you need (oil, salt, spices etc) if you plan on cooking.

Convenient location, quiet, nice balcony, small but has everything you need.

The washer / dryer combo. Once figured out (thanks to Google since this is not standard in US) still didn't completely dry and destroyed some of my clothes. =(

super clean , well equipped, everything worked, friendly helpful owner. Great location . many bars , restaurants and cafes minutes away .

with a great location comes late night noise . double glazing worked well - better if you shut the living room door .

Could be slightly noisy at night due to being amongst several bars. But that’s also considered a bonus as the location is fantastic for a young couple!

It’s my favourite location in the city for nightlife tourism. I use this apartment many years in a row. As a pleasant surprise the old ventilators were upgraded to ACs in every room this year. Extremely clean and well maintained apartment! You have elevator to your floor which is something you don’t get in this neighbourhood usually!
