Schimmel im zimmer wasserschaden kalt und kein refund bekommen obwohl ich eine Woche früher abgereist aus gesundheitlichen gründen wegen dem Schimmel bkein Geld zurück bekommen ken vollen Refund bekommen Unterkunft hat nichtmehr geantwortet und hat sich verweigert Handtücher zu bringen trotz Wasserschaden ich hab bis jetzt kein Cent zurück bekommen ich werde das öffentlich machen weil des kann nicht sein

Bien situé

État très mauvais. Les photos fournies laissent croire à un endroit cosy ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas. Il fait très froid et l’isolation est nulle. Il est dit qu’il y’a le chauffage alors que c’est à nous de brancher un petit chauffage d’appoint. Et Pas de couverture supplémentaire. La table tient avec un cintre. L’installation électrique laisse à désirer. Tout est rudimentaire. Très déçue pour le prix fortement élevé. Je ne conseille pas du tout!!!

I booked this property late afternoon and arrived around 6-7pm, (it was very difficult to find), it seemed it was an agency managed property and there was no access instructions. I texted and emailed the "host" but received no replies. After numerous attempts to contact and after waiting for 45mins I managed to find another room and left. He later emailed the key code and blamed poor reception, but too late. The description suggested paid parking was available which was important as I am traveling on a motorbike with soft luggage and need secure parking but it wasn't secure and some distance away- to far to carry luggage. I am learning to interpret the Booking.com speak and realize I should have read the reviews before booking, but not always easy on a phone app. I am still trying to get a refund and can't believe this property is still on the Booking.com site
