Absolutely nothing. This was a dirty, cramped apartment with a totally misrepresented description in the Booking.Com advertisement. The seaview was via a small window in the actual shower. The kitchen sink was fitted with a plastic pipe leading to a lemonade bottle located in an old fridgedraw container beneath the sink, which needed emptying frequently to avoid it flooding the room. Clearly, Booking.com has never inspected the property or surrounding area, which, unless you are a mountain goat, is virtually impossible to access for a couple in their mid-seventies!! To access the room, it was necessary to climb 49 spiral staircase steps from the front doorway to the room! The stress of being in the apartment and moving around in Lisbon, with its thousands of steps, led to me being hospitalised upon arrival in Porto for a day with heart problems from which I nearly died and which was subsequently addressed and rectified at the John Radcliffe Heart Centre in Oxford upon our return to the UK . Staying in this accommodation totally ruined our stay in Portugal. It is a total discrace that a reputable travel company didn't provide a health warning to proposed elderly visitors to Lisbon, warning them of the very challenging terrain to be encountered on a daily basis. This very unpleasant experience really does warrant a 100%+ refund for a totally ruined holiday experience.

WifI passcode needs to be more clearly written or typed out.

The both views of the apartment, the staff were very professional & friendly.

A lot of stairs, the hot water from the shower was limited and only worked in the first day, but worse was key apartment lock, it was really hard to open the door

I liked the location, in the old city of Lisbon

The electricity didn't work, you had to turn off the water heater to cook, turn off the fridge to take a bath, I was without electricity for a whole day, the staff got it back for me in the evening, I didn't work that day, they didn't seem to care, maybe because they are used to not doing it

The view from the toilet and location

There's green and black mould, it does not smell good it's either pipes from the toilet and kitchen or the sewrage system in general. The wifi was not working when I arrived, about 24hours later I received contradicting information on WhatsApp first stating I should use alternative wifi then saying there's no issue. The geyser wasnt plugged in and i wasnt informed that i would have to do it. Then when it eventually warmed up during my hair wash cycle it got cold again , probably not even warm for 20minutes. Also they have some contraption they created for the waterflow in the kitchen and that overflowed . There was no mop or cloth to clean the space. From start to finish, it was an awful experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Worst experience ever. Travelled in whole Europe but staying at this guest house was worst.

Fridge door was broken no place to hang the shower you need to hold it to much light in the morning + under neighbor makes alot of noise
