The Blue House - Bica Ropers

Super Lage, grundsätzlich ruhig und alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist funktional und hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist super.

Die Nachbarin war sehr störend: Tag und Nacht lief der Fernseher auf hoher Lautstärke und bereits früh morgens wurde fast schreiend telefoniert - man konnte alles hören. Das hat die Erfahrung leider geschmälert. Im Flur vor der Nachbartüre roch es unangenehm. Das Parken ist teuer.

Location was very good but the description included parking available but it seems if you delve into the deeper info it says if reserved!

This may be a Booking.com issue rather than the owner but the headline features are misleading. I was arriving with a fully packed motorbike but there was no secure parking or even private spaces available. The street is more or less pedestrian only. Made my stay stressful and left very early as the bin men were trying to move my bike to get past!. The apartment was quite expensive compared to others so expected a better quality of finish. It was more like a student flat than an upmarket refuge.

I went with my girlfriend and we stayed 7 days. The property looks better live than in the pictures. We had everything we needed for our stay (even parasol/sunshade). Espresso machine (DOLCE GUSTO) was great and the owner left 4 capsules for us so we have for first day, which was very nice. Location of the apartment is perfect, because you are very close to everything you need, but you are not in the main street, so during the night is nice and quiet. The owner was very responsive, and even provided us place to leave luggage last day of our stay (our flight was at night).

Apartment was not 10/10 clean when we entered, but that is minor complain.

El apartament està molt ben equipat. Tot i ser petit, ho té tot i està molt ben situat, en ple centre. I tot molt net, que és una cosa molt important!!

Les escales de l'apartament tenen molta pendent i junt amb la maleta són un pèl perilloses, per això no li poso un 10.

Konumu gerçekten harika. Bica Fünikülerinin bulunduğu muhteşem sokakta yer alıyor. Cais do Sodre istasyonuna sadece 10 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde ki bu istasyondan hem tramvay, hem tren hem de metro kalkıyor. Ulaşım konusunda en rahat bölgelerden birisi. Lizbon'un en kalabalık bölgelerine çok yakın ve dakikalar içinde buralara yürüyebiliyorsunuz. Evin içindeyse her şey mevcut. Mutfak eşyaları eksiksiz. Çamaşır makinesi, ütü, fırın, vs. hepsi mevcut. Çok temiz bulduk. Ev sahiplerine ise ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum çünkü girişte yaşadığımız büyük bir problemi hemen çözdüler ve çok yardımcı oldular.

Sevmediğim herhangi bir konu yok. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Wifi stopped working. Apartment had many small flying insects. Generally run down apearance. Host did not respond to emails about the wifi and the bugs.
