Really liked it! Great location, everything we needed in the apartment was available. Responded quickly to our questions. Recommend.

The location

The lack of kitchen equipment, the size of the bathroom, no mirrors. Noise from street and the neighbours

The apartment was clean.

The apartment is incredibly tired, the decor is showing a lot of ware and tear. The ensuite is tiny! There’s a really steep set of stairs to get in to the apartment which isn’t really mentioned before you book it, I struggled getting my luggage up the stairs as a solo traveller. Overall the price seemed expensive for what it was.

The location was great, and the grocery store nearby was very helpful. Finally, an apartment with real air conditioning. The hosts were very accommodating and flexible with our arrival and departure.

No accessible by car.

Shower door to small.

Located in the coolest area of Lisbon (Bica) near the funecular and cool little restaurants and bars, still you don't feel in a touristy area. We had a problem with the shower door and they responded extremely quickly to resolve the issue. Also they helped us store our luggages at their office before the check in (olà Tony!). I would book again without hesitation.

The stairs are a bit narrow if you have big luggages but we didn't mind. The appartment is quite small (we were two adults and one 2 year old child and we managed without problem).

Communication with the owner was easy. The apartment is located in an area where you have all options to go out, but it's in a quiet street. It's equipped with everything you might need short stay including kitchen and washing machine
