centrally located. The owner was very nice. lots of space.

bed was too hard and pillows too soft. shower ran out of water after two people and there was black mold at top of shower entrance way from outside had a bad musty smell.

Living room space with comfy area and nice elements. The wood flor was nice and kitchen very complete

No way to left baggage somewhere at check-out. Could be an easy thing to solve , and very valuable for customers. The manager did not facilitate it , early check out is also too early (11am)

very spacious, comfortable beds, lots of towels, everything you needed. fabulous location. the owner was very accommodating, & came right away when we had a problem with the heating system.

Very centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, etc. Good communication with manager, easy entry to property. Spacious, lots of storage options, two bathrooms, plenty of room for family of four. Manager came to change sheets and exchange towels halfway through stay.

Very loud area outside and windows aren't at all sound proof. Construction in building across the street starting at 5:30am. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Property is very chilly and no blankets. Couches in living room are in pretty bad shape and covered by bedsheets to sit on and back cushions are covered by pillow cases. Not a HUGE deal but upgrading the couches would make this place almost perfect.

Lisbon is a beautiful city and the location was convenient. They provide a crib on request for my baby and a roll away bed.

Where do I start. It's pretty loud in that neighborhood and the sound carries in the apt. We didn't get check in instructions ahead of time, which caused a real problem when we arrived late to check in. The property manager sent two "friends" to collect the vat tax the night we arrived after everyone was asleep. She didn't let us know she was sending someone and the girls she sent unlocked the door and walked into the apartment. It was intrusive and more than a little disconcerting. I couldn't understand why it couldn't wait till normal day hours. It was 12 euro, so the showing was excessive. Next, the couches that look so nice in the photo? Completely deteriorating. There were white sheets over the couches in an effort to make them look nice, but underneath, the white pleather was flaking all over the place, not safe for anyone to breathe, particularly small ones. No extra blankets or pillows in the cabinets, the apartment is cold. Put some rugs out and paintings to warm it up a bit, while at it, replace the couches. It's disappointing, this was as expensive a rental as you might find state side, but sadly, the quality was not there. The apt is a cash cow and to be so desperate for 12 euro...I'd say they have fallen on hard times indeed. There is something strange happening here.

location was super convenient to everything in the old city. we were able to walk everywhere we wanted anted to go. there was an abundance of taxi/ tuk-tuk/ Uber options. lots of food and drink options. Rachel was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. she was very responsive. we would absolutely stay here again.

The check in and out process was absurd. There was not front desk or alternative contact to the property other than the host. a $100 Euro Cash deposit was required. The host could not meet us at check in, so we went out on the town to explore. The host then required that we come back to the property to give her the cash deposit. It basically ruined our day and made us late for a dinner reservation.

The deposit for damages should be included with the normal bill. You have our credit card on file, so I don't understand the need for an addition CASH deposit. We stayed of four other "Booking.com" locations while in Portugal and did not encounter this level of frustration.

Location is fabulous. The layout is great so that the bedrooms are away from kitchen and living room and there are doors to kitchen and living room for sound control. Clothes washer/dryer combo is really convenient.

A little noisy at night but with the windows and shutters closed was not too bad.
