Very well appointed Apt in a very central and practical location. Spacious well lit and very comfortable.

You should put some handrails in the large bathroom bathtub. Seniors sometimes have problems when taking a shower or a bath. We left you requested euros €96.00 for taxes by the tv. See photo.

The apartment is as described. Easy check in process.

Little improvements can be made to make it more suitable for apartment living, i.e. having bath soap and shampoo dispensers vs individual packets, things like stocking paper towels and coffee.

Nice location, good size of the property and decent decor

The amenities like bed side lamps were flickering and unusable. The hair dryer had flat pins and could not be used. The towel drying rack in the balcony was broken. The single kitchen pan was bent so didn’t heat properly. The balcony door was also little tricky to close and not functioning properly. When we come first into the apartment the bathrooms did not smell fresh. There was noise in the apartment during the day as there was construction going on in the next building.

Excellent location. Easy to check-in. Restaurants close by. Comfortable beds.

Would like to have facial tissues available. Would like hand soap. A luggage rack would be helpful. A second night stand in the second bedroom would be helpful.

Check in staff was rude. Poor attitude and provided limited information. It is a customer facing position, so I expect a pleasant demeanor. Someone defecated in the elevator. Really disgusting Will not book with this property management company again.

Location was good and the flat was spacious.

The name of the hosts, Feels like Home, is a total misnomer. Stinginess is the one word that comes to mind. There were four of us staying for three nights and they had given us in total: a single dishwasher tablet, a single tiny soap for two bathrooms, three tiny shower gel sachets. The towels were thinned out and yellowish from overuse, should’ve been retired long ago. The mattresses were very poor quality, we only had a single very thin cover and a single, also flat, pillow. Utterly impersonal service too. Upon arrival we did say that the balcony door’s hinges were broken and we couldn’t open/close it. Received a response that there will be no one to take a look until the next day - but then no one followed up. On the last day, I texted to inform them that we are leaving - again, received no acknowledgment, let alone a “thank you for choosing us, hope you enjoyed your stay”. All in all, everything done on the (super) cheap and with no real care for guests. There’s an over supply of short lets in Lisbon. Choose another.
