FLH Restauradores Elegant Place

The accommodation was good, the apartment was spacious, the location served us very well, close to everything, wifi had a great signal, the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, although we only used it for a coffee.

The apartment was clean, but there was a bad smell from the main bathroom. Also, the walls and ceilings had no sound insulation.

Superb central location close to transport network. Secure, spaceous well- equipped appartment. Good price for facilities and position.

Lack of heating and a draughty window in the main room were a problem for our February visit

Lacking essentials- washing up liquid, shower and shampoo gel. Perhaps a welcome pack.

We picked the apartment considering the ease of getting there from the airport, traveling on the metro, and also within walking distance of the various places of interest (sights to restaurants) that we had picked before arrival. Love the location! The apartment was above expectations (felt even better than the pictures showed). Our stay was 6 nights so we had a chance to use the full kitchen plus the washing machine - everything was working. Will book again when I come to Lisbon the next time and will recommend this apartment to my friends.

Location is great, easy to access to many place. The room is clean.

The main window door and the freezer are broken. We could not use them.

Location, size and quiet

The maintenance and guest amenities from FLH are very poor. On the upside the support team at FLH were very responsive to our requests.
