Great location - it felt safe and was mostly quiet. Fast response from host when we had a question. Very clean, decorated tastefully and cozy.

Central location

Very noisy, both from the back alley street it was located on, where all food delivery drivers were hanging out on their scooters and from neighbors in the apartment building where there was really bad sound proofing

Location close to Anjos metro station, so easy to find from the airport and easy to reach Lisbon centre. Quiet and peaceful.

Clean. New kitchen and bathroom, well equipped. Very comfortable bed and new, fresh linen and towels. Welcome note and sweets. Beautiful old renovated wooden floors in entrance and staircase.

There is nowhere to sit and relax; sitting area is a box with a small 'sofa' that sags and needs new foam. The round rug there was grubby. Windows are high in wall and tiny so it's very stuffy. We knew about and managed the steep steps to the bedroom - wiser to warn they are practically a ladder. Pile of boxes at bottom of alley from all the renovating going on, looks dirty. We left for a bigger more suitable place after 1 night.

I liked the location of the studio

In general, the studio is not very confortable. The rooms are small and hard to ventilate (there is no air conditioning and only one window that you cannot really open because it is at street level). The owners also don't provide any cleaning, which is annoying when you are staying for more than 5 days.

Good location and kitchen facilities

Excellant location, pretty close to the metro station and tram stops

The room is small and does not have an AC.

- self check-in (fast, simple) - large private bathroom - near to metro station - gift for the guests who are arriving - the host was available for any need - perfect Wi-Fi connection

- self check-in (however there is nobody to welcome you) - no air coinditionair (only eletric fan) - the second bed was not comfortable (neither the pillows) - some guests was very rude and noisy during the night (3.00 am). This is not a fault of the host, but I'd try to raise awareness of the guests.
