The location was at the end of an alley and I had to walk by multiple people to get to the door. The property was centrally located.

The bed was nice and comfy

Too small a place. The shower was either cold or scalding hot. The stairs was like climbing up and down a ladder Very dangerous. No space to move around. The two seater settee was uncomfortable .

Location is good. Breakfast was not included.

Bed was horrible, quite uncomfortable and it is creaking with each move. It is spare bed, not the regular one.

Amazing location close to the metro and short walking distance from the main spots in Lisbon. Would definitely stay here again. Very easy to get to and from the airport as well.

The bed was broken in the middle and we could feel the mattress dip in the middle. Okay for a couple of nights but might struggle if much longer than that.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!

The stairs to the bedroom were extremely steep

Getting a very clear instruction (with pictures!) on how to enter the building and room on the day of arrival was amazing and saved a lot of stress. It had almost all amenities you may need and it was very clean. In September, it wasn’t too hot inside at all.

Very good service and location.

The location of the object is excellent, as well as the hygene level and the possibility of self-check in at any time. The object is equipped with everything necessary for the stay.

The stairs are too steep and the sofa in the living room was not comfortable, neither were the chairs in the kitchen. The bedroom should be downstairs.
