Cascais-Estoril BEACHFRONT Apartments

The location is excellent. The host was so friendly and responded to all my questions exceptionally quickly. The bed was also very comfortable. The patio was also beautiful.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the bathroom could use some updating as well as the towels that were provided should probably be replaced.

Property was close to the beach and restaurants, it was clean and comfortable

The property was perfect for our 5 night stay. The location was exceptional- 2 minutes walk to the beach and around 15/20 minutes walk along the stunning promenade into cascais. It’s also really close to the station to catch the train into Lisbon. There is a shop below for snacks and water and essentials. The bed was SO comfortable- we slept better than at home. The view from the balcony was lovely- over a little courtyard restaurant with a big tree and then looking out over the park after that. The apartment seemed really well soundproofed as we didn’t hear any neighbours all week. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and more ( just make sure you look under the counter for the handle of the top drawer or you’ll be wondering why there’s no cutlery- it’s there!). The owner was super helpful and let us store our bags when we arrived earlier and after we checked out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope to return

Location and cleanness were perfect. A market and two restaurants right under it, public transport only few steps away, beach 100 meters away; so a perfect location for everything. Miguel has given us advices on where to visit, house was very clean, a big screen tv, a nice balcony for evening wine, a comfortable bed... we were so happy. We spent 2 days in downtown Lisbon, and 5 days here... Our only regret is that we could have spent 7 days in this lovely house, because it is easy to go to Lisbon with the tram. As we had our rental car we had the chance to visit everywhere driving around, but you can do most of them without a car as well. Staying in here and visiting Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Nazare, a very good option. We haven't done but you can visit Estoril Casino as which is few steps away as well. Thanks to Miguel again for the great stay.

I booked the apartment with a sea wiew which didn't excist! We overlooked a dull park!

We stayed here for 10 nights and were really pleased with the apartment. It is big and very clean. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. And we also loved the balcony. There's a shop and restaurant downstairs and it faces a beautiful park. The location is excellent with the train bus and fabulous beach across the road. There's also a beautiful promenade walk to Cascais. The owner Miguel was very helpful with questions we asked about transport and destinations etc we wanted to go. I would recommend this apartment for a lovely stay.

We stayed 18 nights in March-April 2024 . As per Real Estate value the location is the most important thing. Our apartment was a studio ,walking distance to the beach, train, casino etc. The weather was mostly cold ,windy and rainy. Because of the balcony open to a huge park , we did not feel down. When we felt bored run to Estoril casino ( ~ 5 min) . Or take train to Cascais or Lisbon .Our bed was extraordinary , we slept 8 to 9 hours every night ( being an old couple ) .Our host Miguel was extremely help full , anything we needed he provided.

Nothing . Our bad luck was the lousy weather. But the comfort in our studio and the location made this trip unforgettable. We will recommend this place to our friends when they go to Portugal.
