Designer loft in the heart of Bairro Alto

Great location, and great Leo, who was waiting for us with pastel de nata and wine. He also gave us lots of advice for Fado, spicy bars, trendy locations, good restaurants and much more. Ask him for his personal list! He also asked if everything was alright later. We loved this modern apartment with its two wings, each with a comfortable bed and a large shower - contrary to what others have written, it doesn't take long for the water to get warm, just a minute or so (we were there at the beginning of February)!

nothing - everything was great except of the weather but thats not the fault of the apartment owner.

Très bonne discussion avec l’hôte puis Leonardo qui a su faire une très belle surprise à mon amie qui fêtait son anniversaire ! Leonardo nous a également fait part de bonnes adresses gourmandes ainsi que des lieux emblématiques à visiter à Lisbonne. Encore merci pour tout ! Le logement est très bien situé, bien décoré et agréable. Il y a une grande majorité du nécessaire de cuisine et l’espace suffisant pour se régaler. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons trouvé surprenant qu’il n’y ait pas de four à micro-onde mais ça ne nous a pas empêché d’apprécier notre séjour. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais ça valait vraiment le coup malgré nos 3 valises :D

enkele lampen kapot, warmwater om te douchen duurt lang, enkele dakscreens waren niet te openen...

Location, spacious, 2 bathrooms, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen.

Hot water took a long time to come through in morning. 5-6 mins. Written information/instructions for wifi, roof windows , etc would be helpful.

Mooi, ruim appartement

This apartment is an excellent location in Barrio Alto with access to to the action of the city. It’s in a mixed residential/restaurant area so away from traffic & fairly quiet. Both Jorge and Leonardo were very responsive in our communications. Leo greeted us with wine and pastries and a great list of things to see and do close to the apartment and outlying areas. He was more than happy to accommodate and help in any way, especially upon arrival/departure - this is a restricted parking area- so if you’re not on foot a taxi is the only vehicle which can drop or pick up at the apartment door, not your vehicle, Uber or Bolt. Beds were comfortable, showers nice, loads of storage, kitchen well equipped and two completely separate bed/baths on either side of the common area. Plenty of comfortable lounging couches with a well equipped tv line up, if you’re so inclined. Air conditioning worked well for the one afternoon needed. Good to know that the apartment is in the 3rd floor, so pack lightly. (I used a carryon suitcase and a shoulder bag for a two weeks and was glad the entire trip. Clothes can be washed/reworn, so don’t over pack and there’s nothing but cobble stone sidewalks/streets so everyone is in comfortable footwear!) We’d absolutely recommend this unit! It was a bit noisy at night, some singing from the bar/restaurant on the street. But not enough to keep us awake.

The water temperature in the shower was hard to regulate. A frying pan would be nice and some cockroaches
