The apartment was very easy to access and was fully loaded with everything we needed.

Had everything you need for a longer stay, ended up extending my stay. The location is fantastic, right in the center but still very quiet. Appreciated the heaters in February :)

It was not clean, even after the cleaner cleaned it again. It was clear someone was in a rush. While higher surfaces were great, the floor throughout the apartment was dusty, the kitchen floor splashed with food. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the springs just running your hand over it. There is very little hot water.

Location, staff

The location is very good, close to the train station and lots of nice shops and restaurants.

The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on, it was bent and curved. The apartment is dark, and the walls of the bedroom are not up to the ceiling, it is connected with the living room. The bathroom has some mould in the shower, and the provided towels were low quality. We informed the host about the sofa bed and kindly asked for a solution, but they just lied to us, saying they would come and fix it while we were outside.

Excellent location to visit all of Porto landmarks. Clean and comfortable. Host accomodating checkin request. Professional and timely communication.

Flat was centrally located and had everything we needed.

Only negative would be the check in time is 4pm and we arrived in Porto at midday.
