Lóios 1BR Flat Downtown by LovelyStay

Good location and hospitality.

Very close to sights. Restaurants and small grocery store nearby. Nice touch with the welcome wine and snack.Thank you for that. First floor aptm has the inside small "garden"/balcony, which was great. Washing machine is really useful but it would be good to have a drying rack. The aptm is a good size for 3 adults, and it was clean.

The check in could be more easy if the instruction were a bit more specific: like the lockbox is inside the building, at the aptm door. We tried to open the lockbox at the building door because it was not clear in the check in information. Steep stairs to the first floor. The rooms are separated with walls but they have an opening on the ceiling so it's all in 1 space. The couch is extremly uncomfortable. It was pulled out and the bed was made but it's not useable as a bed. Queen size bed in the bedroom was not comfortable either. Pillows are really no good.

Great location. Larger than usual accommodation.

If you like your sleep, this is not the location/apartment for you. Noisy area of Porto and even with windows closed you will hear the madness. Every night, all night we heard drunken screaming! Also, the bed was too hard. Limited towels and 2 toilet rolls only for 5 days.

The location is good. It can be a little noisy because of late tourists, but overall is cool. Everything that you need for kitchen is there. And design is pretty.

The bathroom is small. And high audibility in the apartment, so sometimes there is no privacy.

The location is very central, unfortunately due to road works in Porto (Feb 23) it means you have to take a longer indirect route to the property. But once these have been completed it will be much easier to get around. The property its self had all the basics you need for a pleasant stay and LovelyStay where very easy to communicate with and helpful in our request for an early check-in.

The bed was very hard, and the pillows appeared to be old making them lumpy and soft. A new mattress and pillows would make this apartment much better. The building has quiet hours which we as guests abided to but what we believe to be permeant residents of the building didn't especially at weekends with shouting and noise around 3am.
