Apartament in Principe Real

A facilidade em chegar, entrar e estar tudo pronto, conforme o combinado.

Não é exatamente não gostar. Trata-se de uma acomodação ideal para pequenas estadias. Se for ficar mais do que 2 ou 3 dias, o local não é exatamente o ideal. Mas a relação custo benefício é ótima.

Cozy apartment with a great location! The apartment is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s very conveniently located — with trams 24E and 28E and several buses just around the corner, and many main attractions within walking distance. Nearby you’ll also find grocery stores, local cafes, and restaurants. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it can get a little noisy if you sleep with the windows open, but overall it’s a quiet and pleasant place. The host is very welcoming and takes time to explain everything in detail, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free

lokalizacja jest ok, ale nie ma to większego znaczenia przy tak nieznośnych warunkach pobytu.

Niestety najgorszy wybór ever. Musiałyśmy po jednej nocy spędzonej w apartamencie wynająć inny apartament, bo zostanie w tym wiązało się z ogromnym dyskomfortem. Nie jestem wybredna, ale brudna pościel, włosy na blacie kuchennym, piasek na podłodze, brudny kibel, to jest nie do wytrzymania. Dodatkowo było bardzo bardzo wilgotno i nie da się zamknąć okna, a przy otwartym oknie nie da się spać, ponieważ jesteś na parterze bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Zamiast zostać na 6 nocy, zostałyśmy na 1 i przedstawiłyśmy zdjęcia właścicielowi, ale oczywiście olał naszą prośbę o chociażby częściowy zwrot kosztów. Dramat. Smród, wilgoć, brud, niedopuszczalne. Omijać szerokim łukiem.

The flat was clean and you could see it has someone that cares for it

Horrible smell of mold/humidity. Imposible to close the windows.

Hacía mucho calor

I have been to Lisbon times before and have found that I particularly like the principe real neighborhood. Quiet, lots of good restaurants etc. and walking distance to most places so the location is great. The ground floor apartment ( convenient if you have lots of luggage) is cosy but nicely decorated and has a washing machine! Self checkin was smooth and easy and the staff were quick to reply. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket within a minutes walk and the trendy bars and restaurants of Praca da Flores are a few minutes walk away. It was also very reasonably priced.

There’s no AC but there is a fan.

W porządku lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy, sklepy, kawiarnie. Dobre wyposażenie, było wszystko co najpotrzebniejsze. Pomocny i kontaktowy gospodarz.

Mieszkanie położone jest na parterze przy ulicy i przez to było bardzo głośno od przejeżdżających samochodów (których wcale nie było mało, szczególnie z rana) albo przechodniów wracających z pobliskich barów - przy czym trzeba dodać, że dostępne są zatyczki do uszu. Jednocześnie nie da się mieć cały czas zamkniętego okna, bo po chwili pojawia się lekki zaduch wilgoci.

The location of the house is very good, you can walk everywhere. The owner/host is also very caring, informative and helpful.

There was humidity/moisture in the house. It was a little uncomfortable the first day, but since we kept the windows open, it was no problem.

Retro style for retro people ( Amy warehouse will like that)
