Key were not available before 3 pm, even to drop our luggages

The only benefit was the location

1- There was no hot water! The host not only did not fix it but wasted the limited time that we had by sending an unprofessional colleague instead of a technician to conclude that they could not fix the issue after all the time that was wasted and that they needed to bring a technician. On the 3rd day, they offered us to cancel, get a refund for the remaining days, and book another place. It was too late for us. The last day that we went there and complained in person, instead of apologizing we were treated with lies, and a rude attitude that does not accept their shortcomings. In the end, they said they would consider some compensation, and after our return, we received an offensive compensation of 174 euros. We did not have hot water for 5 days, and wasted so much of our time and they compensated 174 euros to insult us! 2- There were roaches in the closets and the kitchen. 3- The fridge kept alarming, icing, and melting the big chunks of ice inside the fridge. The shower hose is very short and does not even reach the holder. Extra fans that are not working. Dining table chairs about to break. 4- Key pick-up was very inconvenient. We wasted 2 hours in traffic to go to the key pick-up. 5- They are not transparent with their fees and charge you extra fees (visitor tax). This could have been applied in the initial booking to help with our decision-making before choosing this place.

It’s such a great flat!! Perfect location, within walking distance to the famous Santa Justa lift and also tons of night clubs and bars. Really clean and comfortable, the sofa bed was also really neat. One of the best Accomodations that I’ve stayed in.

The hotel's location was good, and the interior of the house was well-designed. In particular, private parking spaces were provided free of charge, so I parked safely.

The door handle of the house was heavy and old, so it didn't open easily. The utensils and pots were old-fashioned.

Uncomfortably hot..no aircon It is very inconvenient should you arrive by car not to receive the remote to the garage with the apartment keys In our case there was an issue with the lock to the apartment. A locksmith was needed upon our arrival and still we struggled several times to enter during our stay
