FLH Chiado Design Flat

The apartment is a piece of art. It is very stylish, full of great books and magazines, very bright and comfortable. The location is amazing however it has a drawback, the noise. It depends on each person’s tolerance on noise, for us it was not that disturbing.

There was a slight problem with the water heating as we had to often restart the device to get hot water, but still manageable.

Unfortunately, the reviews were carefully read after settling in... Check-in is quite far from the apartment. There were problems with the hot water! Clogging in the sink. The apartment very much needs renovation.

The door was very hard to open and the parking card never worked, althought the parking guys helped us out very easily

Spacious apartment, quiet at night.

Check in is quite far from the apartment. No self check in available. To drop the luggage before the check in they charge money.

Stylish and spacious apartment. The decor was attractive and came equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home. The location was perfect for us. The bed was super comfortable.

Some more info when picking up the keys would be helpful. We required some info about the parking and where to find the apartment. We also requested bedding for the sofa bed which we only found on the second night of our stay. The apartment could also do with an aircon, especially during the warm summer.

Nice flat, big space, almost too big for 2 persons.

We got woken up really early by heavy party music, only sounding real loud in the bedroom and not coming from outside. Also, the pick-up and check-in/out are annoying when traveling by car. It is hard to reach the office and find a place to park, and the entrance to the garage is not intuitive.

Spacious, comfortable and conveniently located.

Getting the keys at the welcome center was a nuisance and I would recommend an uber back to the property. There is no air conditioning so it must be uncomfortable in the summer. The doors are hard to open requiring 2 people.

Very spacious and deluxe.

The fact you have to get your key at the welcome center is annoying. They also don’t give you your keycard to park the car. You need to retrieve that from the appartement and need to find a place to park your car in the meantime (center of Lisbon 😔).
