Shops and restaurants are close and the bus station as well.

I arrived at about 9:00 am and had to wait in a coffee shop with the luggage until the personnel in charge came at 2:00 pm to open the door. Could not leave the luggage anywhere to go on a trip to the city. It is like an airbnb and not organized property. I messaged the host. They said we will not open until 3:00 pm. The property was cleaned and ready but their personnel who is contracted to open the property will not come earlier than 2:00 pm. The stove did not work and nothing could be heated and nobody could help.

When I booked I was completely unaware that it was located under the flight path. This meant sleeping was impossible before 1.15am and after 5.30am as the curfew was constantly broken. The road was also very noisy with garbage collection after 11pm each night. We had to close all doors, blinds and windows to keep noise out. With no air conditioning, it would have been unbearable if it had been hotter weather. The facilities at the apartment otherwise were great.

See above. If booking.com publishes only the good points and not the bad, consumers are unable to make an informed choice. It makes me angry to think that no mention of the directly overhead flight path was made in the reviews. Very poor form. I would never have booked this apartment. We all came from quiet country areas and consequently had very little sleep for 4 nights and left it absolutely exhausted. You must do better!!!!!

The apartment was comfortable and spacious with two bedrooms, livingroom, separate kitchen, a good size bathroom and a small balcony. It was easily accessible from a bus stop nearby.

It was very noisy and disturbing during day and night that the planes flew low above the apartment from 4.45 am till 12.30 am.

It is indeed right under the flight path so is noisy almost 24/7 No fans, although the back bedroom was cool enough Some of the furniture looks a bit tired

The apartment was spacious and the host met us at the apartment at the scheduled time. We specifically stayed at this location because it was close to our friends house. The neighborhood is pretty calm and residential. They have supermarkets right next door, so it is easy to buy food. They also have an all you can eat sushi place down the street which was pretty good.

The shower is kind of tight to get in and out of. That was the only negative thing about the apartment.

My friends and I loved the place. It was clean and spacious! perfect for family and friends. The location is great too because there are shops nearby so you don't have to worry if you need something. also, the staff were very nice and accommodating, I had a mistake and told them that we will arrive at 5 pm and I forgot about the 1-hour time difference (Spain) so we arrived early, but they were very nice and understanding about it, they made it work. Thank you so much, Joana and Duarte. I appreciate your help! :) plus they provide a binder with everything you need to know about Lisbon. Very helpful! We enjoyed it!
