"we had a really nice stay"

they offered a lot of Essentials like an iron, washing machine extra blankets & heater

The gas kept cutting out other then that it was fine, Just the check out time was a bit too early, wish we could stay longer

it was close to everywhere

• poor hygiene • customer service was atrocious • boiler was leaking for most our stay • bathroom sink was blocked • the cleaner came to do the cleaning and didn’t even clean
