FLH Príncipe Real with View

The loaction, beautiful quiet street, close til Principe Royal. Amazing view from the apartment. Spacious and cosy apartment. Big bathroom with plenty of warm ewater and high waterpressure.

The explanation for how to get the keys was not easy to understand. Luckily we had a driver who helped us.

Location is very good, beautiful view and elevator- everything was there. The apartment is in good condition, big , with nice kitchen and bathroom.

the host- our flight arrived in the morning and were not allowed to leave the luggage before check in ( it happens with apartments), we were told that we can't move 2 single beds together but they were moved together when we arrived ( easily movable with a lot of dust underneath), brand new soap dishes were empty and when we asked we were told that no soap is provided by apartment except of soap in the shower ( empty container also) that was there a week before our arrival. Imagine, you come to the city after overnight flight, wait outside until check in and can't even wash your hands, No coffee capsules or any other supplies provided by management. So, if you decide to stay there , take soap and all supplies with you.

Localização excelente. Apartamento espaçoso, bem equipado e confortável para duas pessoas. A vista é excepcional, exatamente como nas fotos.

O chuveiro não é bom, mas nada que comprometa a estadia.

Quartier très sympathique: petits restaurants, transports publics et touristiques accessible depuis la place de Principe Real. Calme la nuit. Appartement super bien équipé. Communications vidéos de l'agence pour trouver la clef et savoir utiliser l'électro-ménager très utiles.

Lits jumeaux mais vraiment trop étroits avec protège-matelas plastifié donc pas top pour dormir. L'éclairage pourrait être amélioré.

Suggeriamo di aggiungere alcuni comfort come cialde e bustine di tè, scottex. qualche bustina in piu di sapone, scottex. Di fatto non si può cucinare se si rimane solo qualche giorno a meno di fare una spesa importante perché manca olio sale e tutto ciò che è basico. Ma ci sono pentole e accessori in abbondanza.

Квартира роскошная, вид из окна великолепен. В реальности просторнее, чем выглядит на фото. Очень чисто. Район просто супер - есть сквер с уличной кофейней, Ашан, места для завтраков и рестораны, всё прямо рядом с домом. До всех достопримечательностей я ходила пешком с большим удовольствием. Лифт в здании - удобно с багажом. Тихо, уютно, я была в январе - два современных кондиционера работают тихо и быстро прогревают воздух. Стиральная машина с функцией сушки (не предоставляется порошок). Кухня супер укомплектована. Много места для хранения вещей

Один раз за 5 дней видела таракана в ванной. В квартире бойлер для горячей воды, он большой, но его хватает ровно на набор 1 ванной, после начинает идти холодная вода. Немного плесени на стене в ванной. Пробка слива в ванной не отщелкивает, пока не сковырнешь её ножом. Одна розетка у кровати в спальне не работает. Матрасы в спальне действительно странные, удобные, но очень узкие. К кофе машине не предоставлялось капсул, я заказала их с доставкой из Uber Eats. А вообще идеальная квартира, даже несмотря на все перечисленные недостатки - вернулась бы сюда снова, так как они не испортили впечатления об этой роскошной квартире
