Bed was comfortable and big showeroom

The fact the fridge wasn't working.. Bought food home and because it was so warm had to chuck everything in the bin. So it cost us extra money really... Tv wasn't working either. We contacted the host about it all and no compassion was shown. Even though we had said we wasted money on food for nothing we had no reply, only at check out day to remind us of our check out time 😕. The facilities were ok but still could see some dirt specifically in the shower. There was a little door that was broken, looked like it was where they kept all the laundry and cleaning products, amongst other things. But we could hear noises coming from there, not sure if it was wind or birds 🤷‍♀️

Dirty apartment; a lot of dust Very cold; unheated apartment (there’s an electric heater too small)

Microwave available. Not in the city center but close to the metro station. Host always available via messages. Soap and detergents available, hairdryer available

Cold - the only heating unit of the flat is a electric heater. The bathroom is not heated and the inner windows can’t be closed (they seem to be built in such a way). A lot of noise from the wind outside. The fridge was not working, the kitchen sink was clogged. Plates and cutlery not clean, a dirty towel in the drawer. Blanket had a blood stain. The host probably communicates through some machine translator and it is not always easy to understand, but is always available. Overpriced for this level of “comfort”
