The location is quite good, a 10 minute walk to most of Coimbra.

It would have been helpful to know in advance that cars are not allowed on the street where the apartment is located and that most nearby parking is paid. As for the apartment itself, there were several issues: the bed was uncomfortable, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet flush was not working properly, and the soundproofing only applied to the walls—not the ceiling—so noise from the family staying above us was clearly audible. These issues significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

Na verdade, a localização é mesmo boa e digo isso como uma pessoa que morou em Coimbra por mais de 3 anos, no entanto, receio que esta seja a única parte a exaltar de fato.

A estadia não era para mim, mas sim para uma das formadoras que fazem parte de um ciclo de teatro em coimbra e fiquei a cargo de encontrar um alojamento para ela, no entanto, ela me informou algumas questões acerca de mobília gasta e quebrada e tomadas sem funcionar como deviam que deixaram a avaliação da estadia aquém.

Great location and communication with staff was top notch! Nice to have a little kitchen👍

Bed could use a new mattress… our backs hurt after two days sleeping on it.

Poc papel higiénico, la sartén casi inutilizable, sin desayuno de recibimiento,un solo trapo de cocina

The property was clean, with a cosy tiny kitchen and a dining room. it was quite calm overnight in spite of the location.
