A localização é ótima, o apt é amplo e arejado, e a prontidão da Mariana em atender minhas dúvidas também. Roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas.

As cadeiras e colchão precisam de manutenção, o sinal de Internet é sofrível, não recomendável para trabalho.

Great location: at the same time, quiet and VERY close to the touristic area

Being an IT professional and business owner, I really needed internet, but not only the wifi was weak (we were on the 3rd floor), but many on the websites I operate and all the 9 financial websites I need to run my business (5 for credit cards and 4 for banking) could not be reached at all using THAT wifi. The poor speed performance was tolerable, but I simply couldn't reach/connect to many canadian web servers. Their ISP (Vodafone) has serious problems and/or limitations. I had to resort to tethering on my phone (using my Orange SIM card) to perform my job. Although I brought it up to the property owner at the beginning of my stay, I never got any answer/comment back on this issue. Note: it is not easy to flush the toilet because a part of the lever is missing, as well as on one of the light switches. We suspected it had been missing since quite a while ago.

Não ter muitos utensílios de cozinha e recipiente para o lixo da cozinha. O apartamento requer algumas pequenas reparações / manutenção, ex: tomadas, interruptores e apertar a estrutura da cama.

Location is perfect it’s in center but in quiet street, close to river bank. Apartments it’s quite big and clean . Host is very responsible and fixed the problem quickly

Apartment need to be upgraded, was big surprise that sofa it’s not opens and they just gave extra foam to sleep on the floor😂. I saw reviews from 2024 that toilet flash was broken I was sure they will fix it in 2025 but NOT. Fridge freezer door is broken. No instructions how to use induction panel.

The hairdryer was not working..No napkins/paper towel. No instructions with Wifi although the owner was responsive

Great location..only a few minutes walk to the old town centre. Quiet and functional. Renovated in the past few years.

We should have paid extra for the upper 4th floor room with Balcony as you can hear people walking in the room above you.
