O apartamento tem boa distribuição e bom tamanho, está bem equipado e as instalações são confortáveis. A pressão de água no chuveiro é boa. As fotos são bastante fiéis.

A porta do banheiro não fecha e as ruas no entorno são todas bastante íngremes, dificultando o acesso à pé, tivemos que pegar Uber para sair e retornar, todas as vezes.
