Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und alle die ein gemütliches Bett und ein gutes Badezimmer wollen. Ich fand das Preis Leistung Verhältnis gut.

Kleinigkeiten: Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert - was für mich etwas bitter ist, da ich Café süchtig bin und vor meinem ersten Café nicht ansprechbar bin. 🙂 und die Waschmaschine hat gemuffelt. Das Apartment ist recht kühl um die Jahreszeit, aber es gibt Elektroheitzungen.

Nous avons aimé la proximité avec les transports pour visiter Lisbonne. L appartement est tres bien équipé, la cuisine est neuve, fonctionnelle et propre. À disposition sel, poivre, produits vaisselle, gel douche, schampoing....la litterie est confortable. Rue calme ( en fevrier)

The place is quite close to the center.

The place was dirty, moldy and full of dust. We contacted the owner which replied 3 days later to apologize and changed only in one room the bedsheets in the last night of our staying. We tried to be understanding so we only asked for our bedsheets changed, but the owner said she came and saw the situation and said that she hasn’t seen anything dirty (pictures attached). We escalated the issue with booking and we are waiting for a solution, since the owner is not collaborative whatsoever. It was completely cold as well, as the heating is electrical. In the night, also, you can find cockroaches roaming around the house. There isn’t neither soap nor shower gel. Overall it was a complete disaster and I wouldn’t recommend the place to stay over. If you decide to do it anyways, bring extra towels from home with you as well, you will need them

The location of the apartment is good for a family that wants a quiet location. The walk from the apartment downtown Lisboa is beautiful and an easy uber/bolt to get back for a couple of euros. The size of the apartment is good and 2 seperate bedrooms is always a plus. They provided coffee which I always appreciate and kitchen had most basics. The biggest plus for this apartment is the value/price.

Even for that price the communication was not great, answered slow and did not answer questions clearly. The apartment also needs deepcleaning and a fresh coat of paint. We were there during winter and the apartment was so cold that it was hard to sleep. We had all heaters on and even the towel heater just to try to get comfortable to sleep. If they would clean it well, paint it, fix the heating problem and communicate better they could charge 2x more and have happier guests.
