"Although it’s on a busy street, it turned out to offer more than we expected and to be within walking distance of a lot."

There was a lot of room and everything you needed to cook, sleep, do laundry etc

The lighting in the rest of the building was poor esp at night and the balcony facing the side street was small and hard to use w more than 2 people.
