"I would think twice if you have kids to rent this place. Location wise, is good with some nearby attraction, restaurants"

Clean, interior completely new, all utilities are pretty new and shiny. The public parking location around in excellent, and near.

Build is old as hell, elevator is scary and easily will make claustrophobic people run away, build entrance has problematic keys and the remote unlocking system as well the doorbell doesn’t work at all. People should know this ahead, otherwise is a plenty dangerous deceiving
