Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und haben alles genau erklärt. Sie sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich konnte mein Gepäck auch schon vorher dort ablegen, da man erst ab 16:30 einchecken kann. Die Lage ist super zentral.

Der modrige Geruch im Schlafzimmer war für mich nicht aushaltbar, sodass ich im Wohnzimmer schlief.

Our stay at this apartment and experience with the host, Rita, was very disappointing. Arriving late after our flight on the first night, we were shocked to find ants in the bed the next morning, and both my wife and I suffered from approx. 10 ant bites throughout our stay. I immediately contacted the host via WhatsApp to report the issue, but she brushed it off as insignificant and casually suggested using insect repellent from under the sink—hardly the solution you would want! I requested that the bed linen be changed so she sent the cleaner to change the linen the following day. This did little to resolve the problem as we continued to find new ant bites. There was no air conditioning and the apartment was unbearably hot. We requested a partial refund due to the unacceptable conditions, only to be met with a refusal and a baseless accusation that we had broken the coffee machine, which we never touched. The host’s dismissive and rude attitude made this a truly nightmarish experience. We strongly advise against staying here.

The location was perfect! Right in the center of the city! Everything was close by foot! The host Rita was very friendly and shared a lot of information for our stay in Madeira 🥰
