Casa do Sol

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was excellent with a beautiful view and very close to the historic center. The indoor parking spot was a wonderful convenience. Our host was very accommodating in allowing is to keep our car in the parking spot for a few hours after check out so that we could take part in a tour we had booked that day and not have to relocate our car.

Excellent location close to all the local sights. The apartment is modern and on the ground floor which is accessed via stairs or a lift as the ground floor is below street level,. The lift wasn't working when we arrived but this was fixed very quickly. The view from the terrace is lovely but you can't see the river from there which was a bit of a shame but still beautiful. The host had provided a welcome pack for us, the pasteis de nata were delicious. I would also like to thank our host for allowing us an early check in so that I could attend a Teams meeting.

It is clean, well located, has own private parking, owner eas very responsive and cared for us to be comfortable.

Just a few minor details in the bathroom that were mentioned to the host.

All was wonderful

The apartment is clean, very spacious and functional. Host Fernando is very courteous and friendly. The supplies of breakfast items, drinks, fruits and wine etc. are very heartwarming. Fernando paid attention to many details. View out of the balcony is beautiful, location is quite yet still close to many sightseeing sites. The free parking is huge plus for us. A true home away from home, the best lodging we had stayed during our two week southern Europe trip!
