Sengen var lidt for hård til os. En topmadras ville have været godt.

The property has everything for a comfort staying there. Communication with the host was also very good. And having own parking place is definitely a big plus in Madeira. Location is also good - not far from the highway and near the ocean simultaneously.

It's a bit noisy because of nearby road.

I would have liked the bathroom and kitchen to be cleaner. There is no fan in one of the bathrooms and the smell of mold is very persistent and disturbing. Also, the door to this bathroom needs repairs.

Sehr netter Kontakt. Einfache Übergabe zu Beginn und am Ende. Perfekte Lage.

Leider keine Klimaanlage (eigentlich gerade noch ok im Oktober) aber der Boulevard vor dem Appartement wird bis spät in die Nacht für Auto- und Motorradrennen, vorzugsweise ohne Schalldämpfer, genutzt.

Сподобався дуже-дуже вид з балкону та трьох вікон апартаментів, власне паркомісце, торговий центр де можна купити все необхідне знаходиться в цьому ж будинку, є все необхідне обладнання та посуд для комфортного проживання, багато ресторанів поряд, пляжі з вулканічним піском. Насолодилися кожним днем перебування. Рекомендую.

Very convenient location Clean Good communication with the owner The parking spot is a big plus (you just drive down from the road as if you were going to park in Forum Madeira shopping centre but turn right to a separate parking space)

Lack of air conditioning – since you're right next to the mall, it's better to keep the windows closed to reduce noise. But then it tends to get quite warm inside, and the fans aren't always sufficient Walk-in shower cabin – not the best fit for that bathroom, as water easily splashes all over the floor
