Robbed inside the apartment — and I’m not the first. Do not feel safe here. I was robbed during my very first night in this apartment. I left cash in my room before going out; when I returned, 425 EUR was gone. Nothing else was taken — not my wallet, not my cards, not any belongings. Only the cash, from a closed apartment, with no signs of forced entry. That strongly points to someone who had a key. What made it worse: after reporting it, I discovered another guest had left a review describing almost exactly the same thing — robbed inside this apartment, no forced entry, cash taken, no real accountability. So this is not a one-off. If it happened before and happened again, future guests should know. I filed an official police report. The host denied any responsibility and treated it as an unprovable allegation, despite confirming that several people hold keys to the flat. To be fair and objective: the location is genuinely good and convenient. But the apartment itself is old, run-down, and not well maintained. The bathroom in particular has a fixture that felt unsafe to use. Bottom line: the location is the only positive. After being robbed inside a locked apartment — and learning I wasn’t the first — I cannot in good conscience tell anyone they will be safe here. Think very carefully before booking. Your belongings and your personal space may not be secure.

El departamento es muy confortable y muy bien ubicado. Fue una estadía excelente!

Todo fue perfecto.

Location was exelent. Also staff were welcoming and very helpful.

It was not very clean. In bathroom and inside shower there was a bit of mold on the walls. Ventilation could have been a bit better. For a baby we asked cot however it was not prepared and we had to manually assemble it.

Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum, mieszkanie ładne, było wszystko niezbędne dla nas na kilkudniowym pobyt :)

Localização muito boa!! Atrás do Time out Market, restaurantes, café da manhã, rio Tejo e estação de trem… Tem elevador! Apartamento novo. Ficamos com duas crianças e foi super tranquilo, conseguimos fazer o que queríamos a pé.

Location. Friendly efficient meeting person who organised a cab for the airport when we left. Although Booking. Com indicated this would be free the very small print says not.

One bedroom light not functioning & they were were flimsy bedside lights. Ceiling lights too dim. TV not programmed.
