My View Over Lisbon

- La localisation (attention quartier festif donc du bruit la nuit mais c’était ma recherche ) - le confort pour 1 personne - la terrasse et sa vue - hôte réactif et attentif - climatisation pour les jours de forte chaleur (que je n’ai pas utilisé car l’aération suffit pour rafraîchir la pièce)

- équipement manquant : (pour ma part mais cela dépend des besoins de chacun et de la durée du séjour) : pas de machine à café (comme sur les photos), pas de balais (pour un séjour de 1 semaine entre la vie de tous les jours et la plage le sol nécessite d’être au moins balayé) - odeur des canalisations (non constante) avec une séparation pas complète de la salle de bain qui finissait par déranger dans la pièce à vivre

Great little apartment for a couple of days in Lisbon. The size was perfect and with the fantastic rooftop terrace the apartment felt much bigger than it is. The terrace was incredible. Even though the deck was torn down, it was great to come there for relaxing in the sunbeds after many steps taken in the city and enjoy the amazing view over Lisbon

Just to mention something negative it has to be the noise level from the bar area and the cleaning same place in early mornings. It was not super load, however, enough for waking up a few times every night. Overall no big problem at all, just something to notice if you need total silence.

L'appartement est agréable et propre. Il est bien équipé, on a tout ce dont on a besoin.La terasse a une superbe vue sur Lisbonne. On est bien placé, on peut visiter à pied. Bar, restaurant, magasins à proximité.

Un peu de bruit le soir, la rue est animée.

Iako je mali apartman ima sve što je potrebno za udoban boravak, Veoma dobro opremljen, čist, udoban krevet i lak za razmeštanje. Pristup terasi na krovu je odmah iznad ovog apartmana sa izuzetnim pogledom na grad. Komunikacija sa domaćinom je bila brza i jednostavna.

Iako je odlilčan i apartman i terasa, i stepenište uređeno sa puno divnih detalja, ipak se nalazi na 5.spratu bez lifta. Vredi, ali nije za svakog.

Bardzo dobrze położony nocleg; w centrum Lizbony-dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania miasta-w okolicy wiele barów, restauracji i sklepików. Taras z niesamowitym widokiem na Tag i okoliczne atrakcje,piękne zachody słońca. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Komunikacja z gospodarzem była idealna; mogliśmy łatwo dostosować godziny przyjazdu i wyjazdu.

Podłoga tarasu wymaga remontu-luźne deski i wystające śruby-brak też oświetlenia tarasu. Bardzo miłym prezentem powitalnym byłaby butelka chłodnej wody mineralnej-lokalizacja na 5 piętrze( bez windy).

La Terrasse Magnifique vue sur les toits de Lisbonne en 360° Studio Beaucoup de Charme. A 2 minutes du tramway 28. A 5 minutes du métro. Lit canapé confortable Commerce à 1 minutes

Malgré le double vitrage Bruits venant des Bars juste en dessous. Lit déplier on ce cogne sur les angles extérieurs ( dangereux). Terrasse sol en bois dangereuse à refaire. Escalier

I had a really good stay in Lisbon. The room is very comfortable and equipped with all the necessities. Location is super good, in the very heart of the city, right away from the metro station and main attractions. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, actually you can tempt not to go down, just admire the view sipping some cocktail:)

Keep in mind that there is a room service (changing towels and bed sheets) just for the guests who stays longer than one week, there isn't cleaning service at all and you should take out the trash by yourself. Actually for me it wasn't a problem cause I was absent all day long and was back to the room only for sleeping. But if it's important for you, I warned you:)
