Una estancia inmejorable. El apartamento muy bonito, equipado, limpio y cómodo. Si te hospedas aquí, encontrarás: un baño útil, una cama cómoda, y una cocina funcional. La ubicación, sencillamente perfecta. Sales por la puerta, cruzas un paso de peatones y ya estás en el canal. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si vuelvo a Aveiro, será mi lugar de confianza.

"Top notch apartments in a fantastic location"

Attention to detail, immaculately presented, and tastefully decorated apartment. Very, very impressive! The photos don't serve it justice! Stayed at the deluxe black and white suite with a private outdoor area. There are 9 apartments in total in this newly renovated and pristine building. Thank you to Pedro and Claudia for your warm welcome and kindness.

La ubicación muy céntrica,la limpieza y la amabilidad y atención del personal

Entiendo que a ser un estudio la duración de permanencia es corta, pero al estar 6 noches se echa un poco en falta una lavadora y un cepillo para barrer, pero te adaptas, volvería otra vez y lo recomiendo

La ubicación es excelente, al lado del centro y el apartamento tiene es muy completo y amplio. En frente tienes un aparcamiento para dejar el coche. Estás cerca de todo.

La terraza no está bien insonorizada, habría que mejorarlo, ya que la calle tiene mucho tráfico y se cuela bastante ruido. Por decir algo más, no hay indicación de los apartamentos más que en la puerta de entrada, que da a una calle pequeña y peatonal. Al ir en coche es fácil que te lo pases sin verlo.
