Cavalo Prеto Holiday apartment 200m to the beach

We met the owner outside the apartment and were able to collect the keys at the entrance

Great location close to beach /restaurants

Smell of damp in the property. Could do with a dehumidifier

The apartment is very spacious, bright with a very large living area, 2 bedrooms.. one of them ensuite with a powerful shower and likewise in main bathroom..The Kitchen is well equipped, as well as a utility area with Washing machine. The Balcony is also large, comes with 2 sun loungers and a large rattan table with 4 high back chairs. The apartment was spotless, lots of towels for bathrooms also beach towels! Iron and Ironing board also included. Locatated in a quiet residential area, within 5 min walk to main promenade and beaches. There is some Construction work close by but almost completed and the noise level very low. The Pool was spotless! João the host picked us up at the Airport. Very pleasant. We did not need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. Our 5 day stay was wonderful. I travelled with my daughter and granddaughter.... We will be back. Highly recommend 👌

In the twin bedroom there were protectors on the single beds which my daughter found got a bit uncomfortable and hot when trying to sleep.... but she could have removed. Good if it's young children sleeping on them though! The main bedroom double bed was really comfy 😊

Awesome apartment in a very good location. Best apartment we have stayed in the Algarve. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Property was as it looks from inside and had enough facilities space , some toys etc. all fine but basic quality for the price.

Having to leave a bad review. it’s expensive as we thought the value was for the sea view and quiet surroundings being at the end of the area. They now have a new complex being constructed outside fully blocking sea view and making noise, not at all clear from outdated photos and zero compensation offered by owners after complaining, just a sorry!

Host check-in and service was excellent and friendly Property is modern, clean and what we hoped for Good location for us as far enough away from the noise to give a feeling of relaxation

Not much, only not so good point was the construction in the immediate area but that could’ve been far worse and didn’t affect us too much
