Smaller than pictures 4 flights of stairs But well worth it 👌

Super location, very spacious, quick response, good kitchen facilities

Odd unpleasant odors (like others have said), stairway is quite dark and sometimes the lights in it would not stay on long enough, hot water heater battery went out while we were there (and therefore no hot water for most of a day) but they took care of it as soon as possible, church bells and construction noises occasionally

Very good contact with the person in charge, Ricardo was eager to resolve any requests. Perfect location, of the apartment in a well maintained building.

The location is more than perfect ! Just a few steps from the Praca do Comercio. Communication with the owner was fast. Very good kitchen equipment.

The apartment needs some renovation. The door of the bathroom can't close. The shower can't be fixed in upper position, and it was uncomfortable to use it. Air conditions do not work properly, and it takes one day to warm the bedrooms, but the living room and the kitchen were cold all the time.

4 floors by foots and some of the air condition don’t work ( for the heating)

Location. The general feel of the whole flat. The amount of space.

Entry to property with keypad was malfunctional. (Although Ricardo was extremely helpful when we had a problem.) 4 flights of stairs was difficult. (Be aware there is no lift) Bedding sheets and pillows were very poor. One bedroom wing could not be opened. (Property knew so this may be fixed in future)

The location was amazing. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Check in was easy and the host provided us with a link to the closest parking lot, which was very useful. The host was also very accommodating as were unable to make a bank transfer of part of the apartment fee; they allowed us to leave it in cash. Hosts were responsive and always available. The apartment had facility for laundry and a dishwasher as well.

There is no elevator and it becomes difficult to drag heavy suitcases up almost five floors. The floor tiles and the kitchen sink tiles are in need of renovation. The place is very clean but these tiles are old and give the appearance of being dirty.

It had two bathrooms and every room had air con so kept it very comfortable temperature. We had three bedrooms for family of four but only one couch in small living room. Sat at dining table mostly. Location was excellent with supermarket and shops close by

The stairs - no lift and lots of stairs. You have to dispose of your rubbish so having to take that downstairs to find a bin wasnt great.
