Ricardo and his staff were excellent to work with and were very responsive. We loved the location and authenticity of the apartment. It was spacious and we appreciated the full kitchen and two showers.

We didn't like that the apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. We had difficulty opening the front door to the apartment. And, the bathroom sink and shower drains were slow.

its not that cozy but somehow we’ll find it cozy when we stay longer

it smelled very bad when u first enter the building. The apartment is literally in the 4th place 😭 so many stairs. difficult when travelling with lots of luggage and elderly, unless you are fit.

Friendly host. Allowed us to check in a little earlier and live our luggages at the apartment for a few hours after check out. Excellent location, very close to the main tourist attractions with restaurants and shops nearby.

The shower area of all bathrooms were flooding as soon as we start to take the shower. Huge stairs to the apartment, no elevator.

the pictures are different from the how it looks like in person , got quite disappointed at arrival. think they need to be updated. think the carpet was not very clean

Cant fault the location and the apartment is a good size. Dont go to the tourist traps on Rua da Augusta or Praca da commercio go and seek out the back street places. Lisbon is a great city.

Drains smell and floor tiles look dirty even though they are clean, maybe cant be helped because this is an old building. The four flights of steps are a killer
