Lisbon Fabulous T2 apartment with balcony in Rossio Lisbon

Front door and outside looked like a third world country, I felt so bad for my family i had read the reviews but it was worse we almost walked away, but lucky Marta arrived and let us in. Never judge a book by its cover but this cover was the pits.

Zajos környék, büdös kukák a ház bejáratánál. A lakás felszerelésből hiányzik alapvető dolgok: só bors, tisztító kapszulák, wc kefe. A bútorok sok helyen töröttek. Az ajtók nyikorognak, rosszak. A szállásadók nem akarta visszafizetni a letétet és nem volt együttműködő! A szállásdíj tartalmazza a takarítást, de a letétet ennek ellenére visszatartották. Pedig mi eleve rendet hagytunk. A vitarendezésnél nem együttműködőek!

we were able to checkin an hour earlier before 3pm, which is a bonus. someone was already in the property waiting for us to hand us the keys upon arrival. the location of the property is very central, close to everything, the balcony in the apartment is nice.

floor in the apartment is a little dirty, i have to mop it. there is only one garbage bag on garbage bin for the entire apartment. i was told no extra garbage bags available, you have to buy your own if you need extra garbage bags. beddings seem a little smelly, need to be clean. another thing is the apartment is right next to the 3 huge garbage bins outside the street, it stinks when getting in and out of the apartment.

Location was great. Plenty of space. Two Bathrooms were great

The apartment is located just off Rossio square which is central, good links to Metro and bus. Lots of shops and place to eat nearby. Terrace is a bonus but needs some love. Comfortable beds Two shower rooms. Modern Kitchen.

The pillows in the bedroom which we stayed absolutely stank of greasy hair. There was no pillow protector so the pillows were stinking and as a result. The sheets did not have a fresh smell of laundry detergent as you might expect. The mattress was also not the cleanest. The only dish cloth provided in the kitchen had obviously never been replaced and was so smelly I almost vomited. I had to soak this in boiling water several times to get rid of the smell. There was no washing up liquid or soap in the kitchen. No spare bin bags. The bathrooms both stank of must and stagnant water. We had to leave the windows open during our stay. Both need to be deep cleaned as the grout was mouldy and the shower curtain in the other was mouldy also. Having spent a lot of money on this apartment for a week's stay I am very disappointed, especially with the smelly pillows and mattress. Inside the drawers in one bedroom smelt of faeces which meant my friend had to live out of her suitcase for a week. Some light bulbs not working in the bigger bedroom which was also dark. The outside terrace chairs were dirty and stained, balcony in need of some love with paint flaking. Also the concierge was non responsive in the weeks before our trip. The late check in was depending on his availability and I had to make several international calls to the agency to ensure we got into the apartment on our late arrival. Not enough towels for a week. One smelly kitchen cloth and one tea towel is a bit poor. Only one toilet roll in each toilet.
