Appartement sale, des moisissures sur les murs. L'armoire qui contient la vaisselle sent fort l'humidité. Cafetière sale. Plaque cuisine cassée mais fonctionne. Portes de la cuisine cassées. Égouttoir rouillé. Canapé qui sentait l'urine. Matelas des lits tachés. 2 chambres annoncées , mais é réalité, lune se trouve sur un palier et la chambre est en enfilade.

Aucune prise ne fonctionnait au niveau du rez de chaussee. L'espace cuisine est en fait un placard. Pas de table pour déjeuner.
