"Perfect location"

The location is very central. Best area you could possibly be.

Little things, like no sponge to use in the kitchen. No basic toiletries like liquid soap in the bathroom. And no soap holder.

Service staff forgot the towels change when it was due and by the time I realised, they were not able to do it already.

"Really nice apartment"

Wine and water as a welcome were lovely.

Would have liked some biscuits/crisps and some cold milk as a welcome. The stairs were very difficult with suitcases - this was mentioned by others but they ARE very steep even for young/fit people. Upstairs flat was noisy at times; also street noise each night around 11-12.

"Great spot, be fit as there’s plenty of stairs nearby!"

Location was excellent! Perfectly comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

A few minor maintenance issues, the shower head wasn’t properly tightened to stay up for a whole shower, the bathroom door stopper isn’t covered with a rubber stopper, so it’s basically a rusty piece of metal in the floor sticking up. The power point in the second bedroom are in the middle of a wall with no shelf or anything nearby. The stairs to access the apartment are NOT for the faint of heart! Steep, short tread and really difficult to lug large suitcases up and we were only on the first floor.

"Nice apartment, good location, shame about the noise"

Great location. Nicely decorated, good facilities

Bathroom very small, shower tray needs replacing. On a busy road that is very noisy, you can hear all of the traffic and people walking past at all hours. The people above us were very loud, you can hear everything and they were using the washing machine at 1am everyday

Great location near lots of places and transportation. Staff was quick to answer any questions through WhatsApp. Very Clean. Great for family or 2 couples. We stayed on first floor. Stairs are steep but doable. Overall great stay.

Only real complaint is it Could use a few more dishes and larger fry pan. Hard to use the dishwasher because there weren’t enough dishes. We just washed them by hand which was fine.
