Comtesse Lisbonne Apartments

Location was amazing. Very central to the popular spots to explore in Lisbon. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable.

The property needs to improve its communication accuracy and out-of-hours procedures: The check-in information mistakenly included the wrong apartment number, so we could not enter the unit on arrival. We understand mistakes happen, but when we followed the steps for reaching the staff after hours (before 8pm), we got no response until the following morning. We also asked some clarification questions about the instructions during business hours, but did not receive answers, just repetition of the instructions. The washing machine leaked water out of the side when we tried to use it. And the placement of door stops (in one case - a screw sticking out of the floor) was reminiscent of stepping on Lego bricks.

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló volt. A városközpontban volt a szállás, kiváló közlekedéssel, mindenhez közel. Metró, vasútállomás pár perc távolságra. Nagyon hangulatos környék. A terasz is nagyszerű volt.

The apartment is in a great location, it’s clean and comfortable. It seemed to have everything you might need in the washing machine was handy to have

It does not get a lot of natural light and would have liked to have had an extra light in the living room.

Täydellinen sijainti kaupunkilomaan. Rautatieasema lähellä, jos haluaa tehdä päiväreissun Sintraan tai käyttää julkisia. Kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa hyvät patjat ja eri kokoisia tyynyjä. Lähin isompi kauppa 5 min kävelymatkan päässä, kävelymatkan päässä useita hyviä ravintoloita mistä valita.

Kaappitilaa ja henkareita olisi voinut olla enemmän. Jos on haasteita portaissa, niin tätä asuntoa ei kannata valita.

Konumu harika. Check-in süreci kolaydı. Çalışanlar yardımcıydı. En üst kattaki odanın balkon manzarası çok güzel. Temizlik iyi ve yeterli. Apartmandaki mutfak ekipmanları yeterli ve kullanışlı.

Çok dik, dar ve uzun bir merdivenden çıkmak zorundasınız. Özellikle bavulunuz fazlaysa gerçekten odaya giriş çıkış zorluyor. Oturma odasındaki kanepe çift kişilik yatak oluyor fakat çok rahat değil.

The location was fantastic!

The wifi.

The place was clean, had all we needed. The owners were great. We had water and wine waiting for us, cherry on top. My son has a lot of allergy, he had a hard time sleeping on the back room so we put him in the room with the balcony and he was fine.

I loved the fact the property has door code to get in so you don’t need to bother the owner with arrival time.
