The only convinient this about this accomodation is the location

The whole house needs rennovations. There is mold. There is no daylight, no fresh air can come in. Just one very dark small window. Terrible cleaning services. the apartment was dirty when I came in. There was hair everywhere from other people, small and long. on the blankets, on the floor, on the sink of the bathroom, even next to the bed. They offered to come clean but made me waste my whole afternoon to get back and leave the keys while they had a double. Very bad communication. very noisy neighbours, and house in general. the moment somebody opens a water tap you hear it immediately. You hear all the noise of the pipes. The house needs some ammends as there is black mold and clearly a water leak on top of one of the windows. And the area around the sink is clearly falling apart. It’s not really an apartment, but more like a studio as the bed is just installed on top of the living area. There is just one window for the whole place. the bed is accessible through some stairs installed in fron of the entrance door. And you can’t stand up once you get to the bed. it’s a mezzanine, hence not ideal for elderly people or people that have less mobility. no electrical plug in the toilet. zero flexibility on check in/check out.

La réactivité et la discrétion du personnel d'assistance. Suite à un soucis de serrure nous avons contacté les responsables qui ont envoyé quelqu'un pour résoudre le problème. A notre retour le soir même, le problème de serrure était résolu. Appartement cosy

La porte pourrait être remplacée car peu pratique à refermer et vétuste. Le plafond est bas à l'étage.

L'emplacement, la propreté et le lit qui était confortable.

Difficultés à trouver l'appartement car la rue est introuvable sur waze. La salle d'eau très petite, surtout pour les hommes. Il manque des portes serviettes. La porte d'entrée se ouvre et ferme difficilement.

Good location.

Much darker inside and run down than pictures indicate. Cannot stand in upstairs loft where the bed is. Furniture had been moved since pictures were taken and the space was extremely cramped. The door was nearly impossible to lock and unlock, and it took some work to even open and close it due to a broken piece at the bottom.
