Duque in Chiado II

Fantastisk utsikt över staden från balkongen. Bra läge i mysiga kvarter. Rent.

Det var tuffa trappor (fyra trappor utan hiss). Det hade jag inte koll på i förväg. Två i sällskapet har lite svårt med rörligheten för närvarande, så det blev en utmaning.

Locatie was top en het uitzicht vanaf het mini balkonnetje was fantastisch.

The view is unexpectedly beautiful. It’s amazing to get such a view for this price. It is excellent value for money. The kitchen is also well-equipped.

There is no lift in the building and the room is in the top floor (which is understandable as the building is quite old)

Ottima posizione per visitare a piedi il centro di Lisbona, molto comoda con i mezzi. Piacevole aver trovato a disposizione lavatrice, lavastoviglie , stendibiancheria e tutto il necessario . Bellissima vista dal balconcino

Il mio voto è una media tra l’appartamento 8 e la logistica 4. Posto all’ultimo piano senza ascensore con rampe di scale ripidissime. Se viaggi con bagaglio, il posto non fa per te

Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Des étages à monter mais la vue et l'équipement les valent largement. Un système de climatisation serait un plus pour les jours les plus chauds mais le dernier étage permet de faire un courant d'air rafraîchissant si nécessaire 😁.

Très bien localisé au centre de Lisbonne, mais au calme, dans une petite rue sans circulation. Au dernier étage, avec une vue incroyable. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes.

Det var virkelig centralt, og dermed et godt udgangspunkt for daglige aktiviter i byen. Ligger i en meget charmerende gade. Lejligheden indeholdt hvad vi havde brug for. Meget god kommunikation med værten.

Lejligheden virkede mindre end forventet. Halvdelen af de 100 kvm, var en hems, der ikke rigtig var indrettet til noget, og det ville desuden være for varmt at opholde sig deroppe. Dermed kunne det godt virke mere trængt end nødvendigt, når vi var 4 personer. Der var kun rigtige stole til 2 personer ved spisebordet. De andre havde skamler. Det virkede lidt billigt.

Excellent location. Quiet. Good size for the family of 4

Its on the top floor. Stairs could be a bit challenging for older folks. This place has no AC so it heats up in hot summer days, but nights are typically cooler and with opened balcony doors its manageable.
