Position and price

Cleaning , there are lots of mold. Also a bad organization for the check-in

I book the place for 4 people but they provided us with towels and beddings only for 3 people

Great location, Value for money. Clean room.

The location of the property is great. It was a simple room with a double bed and an additional one, the bathroom and a small sofa. Wifi worked well and instructions to pick up the keys were clear.

We would have appreciated that the property owner well-specifies that there are two different rooms, one of them without the kitchen (that we thought it was included in the property we booked). Some small details like a towel hanger in the bathroom or a small ledge for the toiletries in the shower would be a nice and useful addition. Also, instructions for the shower. On the day of check-out it was difficult to reach anyone on the reception desk, who was empty. We tried to reach them in person and by phone and nobody replied, so we had to leave our luggage behind the desk with a note (they offered us this service on arrival). We expected someone to contact us during the day (as suggested in the note), but nobody did it. Eventually, the luggage was ok and we did not have any problem to pick it up again, but how this service was manage should be improved.

Was super clean. With a lot of space what was great for the babies to move around. Super bright. The location is perfect. Two minutes walk from Via Catarina shoping center with a lot of facilities
